These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and dboqo (“we”, “the Site”) regarding use of the website and related services. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy。

1. Service description

The Site provides crypto market data displays, indices/metrics, research notes, strategy research information, and account features for research and information purposes.

Important disclaimer:Nothing on the Site is investment advice, an offer, or a financial solicitation. Digital-asset trading is highly risky and may result in total loss of capital. You alone decide and bear all trading risk.

2. Accounts and registration

  • You must provide a real, valid email and complete verification; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before registering; third-party login (e.g. Google) also constitutes acceptance.
  • Keep passwords and 2FA credentials safe; if you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and notify us immediately.
  • We may reasonably refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Disrupt the service or bypass security/access controls;
  • Run abusive automation, excessive scraping, or aggressive scanning;

Our trademarks, UI, code, layout, and original content are protected. Do not copy, mirror, or commercially redistribute without permission. Rights in strategy names and research notes follow their labels/agreements; you may not claim exclusive rights over public desensitized research data.

  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we do not warrant real-time accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Research metrics and backtest/OOS displays are historical or model results only and do not predict future returns.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the Site. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid us for the matter in dispute (or zero if none).

7. Changes and interruptions

We may change, suspend, or end parts or all of the service and perform maintenance. Reasonable interruptions are not a breach.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and show an updated date. Material changes may be announced on-site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Parties should first negotiate in good faith; failing that, disputes go to a competent court where the Site operator is located.
