BTC has moved from yesterday's small gain to a clear rise, but trading volume is still only about half its usual level. The price advance is real; broader participation has yet to follow. BTC gained 2.51% over the past 24 hours to 86,822.50 USDT. Our view for the next 24 hours is cautiously bullish, though it could change quickly if buying fails to persist.
A stronger rise still lacks broad participation
The previous daily report focused on exceptionally light 24-hour trading and little price movement. Today, price has taken a meaningful step higher: its gain exceeds that of about 166 of the last 180 comparable periods. BTC is also above its 10-day average of 84,406.04 USDT, so the short-term recovery has moved beyond a sideways market. Yet volume was just 74,561 BTC, roughly half the historical average of 149,277 BTC and below about 87% of comparable periods. This means a relatively narrow group of trades drove the move. The advance can continue, but its ability to absorb fresh selling remains untested.

Price is rising again, while 24-hour volume remains well below its historical average.
Momentum is stronger, but sustained buying is unproven
Short-term RSI is 66.49. This gauge of recent price momentum is higher than all but about 11 of 180 comparable periods, supporting the bullish near-term view alongside the price move and its position above the short-term average. However, the running balance of aggressive buying and selling is still slightly weaker than usual, with its latest reading near -75 BTC. A rising price therefore does not prove that net buying is sustained throughout the day. The combined signal is bullish and agrees with price and momentum, while cooler funding conditions and a small contraction in stablecoin supply over the past 7 days limit the case for calling this the start of a longer trend. ETFs still recorded net inflows over the past 5 days, a counterpoint, but that does not guarantee stronger trading tomorrow.

Short-term momentum has strengthened; continued buying is the next test.
Volume is the next test of this move
Watch whether volume recovers from its low level while BTC holds near or above 86,822.50 USDT, and whether aggressive buying improves over several periods. If price falls below the 10-day average of 84,406.04 USDT while trading remains thin, we would reassess the bullish view. Holding above that average with broader participation would make today's rise more durable. BTC's unusually strong link with US equities means it may be more sensitive to wider risk sentiment, but correlation alone cannot tell us whether the advance will continue.
